E-Windstar Petroleum Energy Limited is a wholly Ghanaian owned limited liability company, incorporated under the companies Act. 1963 (Act 179) and issued with a certificate to commence business on August 16, 2024. The mandate of the company includes but not limited to:

​

• Dealers in petroleum products – white products that is, Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) and Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and automobile lubricants

 

• Importation of petroleum products, distribution, sales and marketing of same.

 

• Transportation of petroleum products

 

• Service Stations services - Lube bay, shopping marts, washing bays among others.

 

E-Windstar Petroleum Energy Limited became a registered company on 16th August 2024 as an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) to lift, transport, distribute, store, market and sell Petroleum Products.

 

The company is built on a reputation for being financially disciplined and being in good standing with all regulatory requirements from National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), meeting environmental regulatory policies with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and also satisfying the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) requirements across its service stations in Ghana.

 

The company would purchase refined petroleum products from the Bulk Import, Distribution and Export Companies (BIDeC) and sell to final consumers through our retail outlets across the country.
